Started full time in 2001. Was build tube amps from 1995 on, modding tube amps from about 1989.
What parts of your business do you handle personally?
Every aspect from Electrical Engineering, customer service/email, to accounting, to mod work....even thank-you cards!
What is your biggest obstacle everyday with your business?
Quality Control, every unit is double tested AT LEAST, and we make sure we take all feedback and enter it into a database to make sure customers needs/desires are heard and become part of the future.
What are your goals for the next 5 years?
A series of effects available that have a similar look at feel, creating more of a KEELEY LOOK...also tube amps and rack mount effects are in the 5 year plan.

What do you do different than the rest of the folks out there?
Customer Service and Tone. We make sure no one beats us in service. We also make sure no corners are cut when it comes to parts quality and putting tone in each unit.
What are your thoughts on the state of the business and where do you see it headed?
The Effect Pedal market doesn't appreciate in value like guitars and amps do...so it is a struggle to keep producing the latest greatest.
